How much does it cost?

It’s free! There are no costs associated with any of the three programmes - we just want to see future business leaders succeed.

Do I need to be a New Zealand resident? 

Yes, you need to be a New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident.

Can I join if I am not of Pacific heritage? 

The programme is targeted at empowering our Pasifika community groups to become business focused. We do have relationships with other service providers and can point you in the right direction.

Do I need to be a current business owner? 

No. The Foundation and Vaka programmes are designed for those who have yet to own or start their own business.

Is it limited to Auckland residents? 

The October intakes are 100% online so you can apply for these from anywhere in Aotearoa. Future intakes are planned for in-person delivery in Auckland however, dependent on COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. 

Is there an age restriction?

Our programmes are designed for people aged 18 to 35.

Are there any qualifications I need to join?

No. Each of the three programmes is designed for those on a different stage of their business journey - go to the homepage to see which is best suited for you.

How much time do I have to commit for each of the programmes?

The time commitment required differs for each of the three programmes. Please go to the individual programme pages for more information.

I don’t have a laptop, can I still do the course?

You will need a laptop to get the most out of all our programmes and to enable you to participate and interact effectively. Laptops, as well as support with internet access, will be made available for all participants.

When does the programme start?

The first intake will be for the Foundation programme which runs from October 4th to November 22nd. Please go to the Vaka and Moana Programme pages for start dates for their next intakes.
