Nelson Annandale

Salani / Poutasi / Safune, Samoa

As a senior director for MAU Studios, Nelson has helped lead the transformation of corporate, public and non-governmental organisations and programs seeking regeneration and growth. His passion for place and people continues to inspire him to contribute to the design and delivery of regenerative solutions advocating for the self-empowerment of communities throughout the Pacific and Aotearoa. Nelson is our Hatch Programme Manager.

Indigo Sagala

Samoa / Niuean / Maori

Indigo Sagala is a South Auckland raised entrepreneur. She is also a world renowned Choreographer, dancer and the Director of Bindi Chewsdays Dance Company. She is a graduate of the Pilot run of Hatch Pacific and has a passion for sharing her business experience with her Pasifika community. Indigo is co-ordinating the admin, marketing and communications for all things Hatch.

Victor Va'auli

Victor has a career and passion that has revolved around Community Development Programme's in the Business/Health and Environmental conservation sector. Victor helps provide adequate opportunities for all people and has recently migrated to Aotearoa in 2020 for better opportunities. Victor hopes to identify other developments and programmes that continue to establish pathways for the Pasefika communities and the younger generation in Aotearoa. Victor will be your trusted Navigator.

Christian Tukutama

Tamakautoga / Niue / South Auckland

Christian recently transitioned from being a Business Advisor at Pacific Business Trust. Christian has worked closely with both start-up and established Pasifika businesses to identify their primary needs and ways in which their businesses can improve. Chris is also heavily involved in the Pacific community in both business and sport, and has worked in an array of industries from the Defence Force to Civil and now Economic/Business development. Christian looks forward to being your main Hatch Facilitator.
